The best tariffs are nearly always from switching, hence why Voda didn't have to get anywhere near O2 to retain the business. If you had been on O2 or EE then Voda would have offered a much better tariff.

I have been with Vodafone for years, what has cheesed me off is the poor quality 4G network. Data is the main thing to look at going forwards IMO.
