I have a friend looking for someone to take over support for her Magento website. It has some custom elements such as shipping. Just needs a few tweaks and annual support. She approached me as I used to run a web design agency and she's fed of being given the run around by disappearing developers or agencies who have no relevant experience. So if you have that experience please let me know.

Sorry no - that would be a conversation for you and her to have. To give you some guide - she has been using small (5 or so) agencies so far.
