Temperature controlled logistics

Is anyone using this type of delivery option? Or manager for one of the delivery companies? My requirements are 2-8 degree temperature controlled with scheduled delivery times, tracking and temperature recorded at each stage of the process with potential storage until delivery is confirmed.

This is for pharmaceuticals to residential customers.

I also have some specific requirements for delivery of controlled drugs too!
