Amazon FBA - Parent/Child Relationships...

I have to admit I am struggling with this to clear some old inventory on Amazon FBA.

I have a DVD which won't list (shown as incomplete) because I believe I need to let Amazon know it is the 1 disc version, as opposed to the 2 disc version. Amazon have my inventory at their warehouse so it is ready to go.

I have followed the Amazon help three times and simply cannot make sense of how it works. Has anybody come across this at all and is aware of an easy fix as it all seems a bit counter intuitive.

I'd recommend logging an issue in seller central. I struggle with Amazon but have found seller central to be helpful and react quickly.

Are you using the right ASIN?

Fba seller support is in Dublin and really good, get them to call you and they will do it for you whimsy you watch.
