Legal assistance required - monthly payment scheme

We are (see other thread), going to be offering our customers the opportunity to pay in 12 monthly installments. We have a document which outlines the basics of this (a contract with the specifics) but it needs a 'legal eagle' to review it to check it is not missing anything. Can anyone help or recommend someone please?

Be aware that this is likely to trigger consumer credit requirements. Do you have a consumer credit licence?

If you're running a business, do you not already have a relationship with a solicitor? If not, it'd surely be useful? You could ask your accountant for a recommendation.

No it won't require a consumer credit licence, we're not charging interest and its under 12 months.
