Anyone got storage near J1 M40?

My company is based up in the north of England and have very few contacts in that area.
We have a requirement for storing a large vehicle in November for a couple of days as we are working on a project in the local area.

Does anyone have a large yard (needs to be secure) where we could park it?
There may also be a van.

We will of course cover any costs and good will!
