Not sure if this is any help but it might be worth having a look at http://www.mail-magic.co.uk/delivery/features

I came across it while looking for a replacement for Infusionsoft.

We decided to go with Zoho in the end. We've lost some functionality in the email side compared to Infusionsoft but the CRM and reporting is a lot better. Sadly I do the email marketing so I've drawn the short straw..

Ah, good news.

If you use them, could you do a reverse IP look up and see where the IP address resolves to and post the results?

Many thanks.
Thats a bit to much effort but I can tell you its Holland. Have you heard of any Mailchip clients being perused yet?
Odd, I didn't think they have a data centre in Holland, to the best of my knowledge their only European endpoint is in Eire?

And this on the basis that the links posted the other day were of companies that use differing data centres for different client locations.

I wouldn't imagine anyone will get pursued for 12 months or so, similar to the year 'amnesty' given to everyone after the crazy cookie law.

Looking at the mail magic credits link they seem to be at least three times more expensive than standard over most professional UK providers.

Zoho doesn't look to be an EU provider so you may be caught in breaking the Data Protection Act too. Find out which country your data is being stored.
