Question guys. Got this radiator with my supercharger/ chargecooler I bought. Its 2 radiators made into one.

Which direction of flow for returning 'hot' coolant from the chargecooler, top or bottom port on the radiator? And why.
Just searched it too much, one says the other, confused me and over thinking it now.

Thanks!

There is no preference as far as I can see. If it was me, I would go in at the bottom, out at the top purely for thermal convection purposes.

And please call it an intercooler. It's what it is, it's just a water to air one.

Makes no difference. You're putting hot coolant into one of an identical pair, out of that and into the other, then out of that. They're clearly ambidextrous internally, because one's going left-right, the other's going right-left. And they're clearly not "in-top-out-bottom" or vice-versa, because the ports are half-way up each side.

If they're going directly one above the other, then you might want the upper one to be the hotter, so that you don't get heat rising into the cooler one.

Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate it!
I was think of routing it top port (hot coolant) in and let gravity do its job into the next intercooler....
But If that doesn't matter since either way?

If you can, I'd run them in parallel instead.

Gravity doesn't come into it. The coolant's being pumped.
