Any Magento Developers Here?

I'm having trouble finding a good, preferably local, small agency/person that is competent with Magento for minor changes, improvements and bug fixes etc.

Some of the bigger ones want retainers, they aren't unreasonably expensive but I'm reluctant to sign up as I don't currently have a massive ongoing requirement.

We just need some minor bits doing, a bug fix with a module, changing some text output from a module, some speed up work, bit of SEO config settings and I have an issue with multistore.. its probably all easy stuff for a dev. but I'm at my technical limit. I also need to think about a back up cron job to off site and a general health check. And of course someone to turn to when things go wrong or I want new stuff adding.

Any recommendations?

Yep, we could take this on too. We're based in Stockwell, South London so not local to Gosport but still reachable for the occasional meeting if necessary.
