They look awesome. I assume you won't be letting her drive it now the new wheels are on? wink
To be fair , the NSR alloy in the pictures is the only one she has kerbed in 3 yrs so I can't grumble.

The wheels are safe for at least the next month as she is recovering from a major op and isn't allowed to drive.

How do you make the dark grey bits dark grey?
Strip complete wheel
Prime complete wheel
Paint complete wheel in grey
Put wheel on lathe and machine front face
Lacquer complete wheel

No setting up a wheel repair company in north Essex now with all that secret knowledge I've just told you (and the entire www), LOL.

Thread resurrection time.

Noticed a few people replied to this thread that must run CNC equipment, well my machine has worked fairly hard for the last 20 months, but has now thrown a hissy fit with regard to the software side of things.

Now been offline for over a week and the supplying company don't have a clue as to what the issue is, so can anybody recommend a company I can call that may be able to help.

Tried a couple but they all seem to deal with only certain makes of machine.

Well a week has been spent trying various things with no luck, we have tried loading new software and it just won't let us, pointing towards a hardware problem.

So, a new "brain" has been ordered, at a cost of £3800, but sadly China is now closed for 2 weeks due to new yr, so wont be sent until at least the 24th.

After a customer taking me for £5700 last week, and one of the vans blowing its engine I hoped my bad luck was over for this yr. Must have really cheesed someone off , lol.
