website development, assitance, and small coding help needed

Hi.

I'm looking for some reliable, recommended software guys to assist in the next stages of our website.

I bought software from Evanto Market, a calendar booking system, and although it looks great, and will do what I need (hopefully), their Support is.... err. not good.

I have given them access on two occasions to support me, as per their forum and T&C's, but, I don't get the right support, and then it goes to radio silence.
Added with, their seemingly erratic behaviour of installing OS-Commerce pages in my bloody website. Dot On Paper.

So, looking for someone who may be able to tweak their PHP, and get it to do what it read on the tin, when I bought it...

From what you've described it sounds like the same experience a lot of people have with 'packages' unfortunately.
