Hopefully somebody can help

We are a small amazon seller and they have suspended our account pending verification.

We are now trapped in a loop of supplying a document for them to say they want something else. We are now at the point where we have submitted everything they have asked for twice with no end in sight.

Speaking to a human on the phone is impossible and somebody will call us back and of course that never happens.

It's been two weeks now and there is no hope of resolution.

Does anybody have any contact details for anybody within Amazon I can actually speak to or can anybody supply and e-mail for somebody who can sort it out?

Just for the avoidance of doubt this was all triggered by a change of address and the account is/was still in good standing.

Did you not get an account manager when your seller account was set up?

Try the numbers listed here.

The amazon website is determined to drive you in a loop without speaking to anyone.

Was it resolved through the process or did you solve it - normally it takes a while but it works eventually.

To be honest I'm not sure.

We kept filling in the required forms and they came back to us every 48 hours asking to for something different and then eventually the same information we had provided earlier it was just a wall of computer says no. So we kept up with that process but started ringing three times a day. Polite phone calls but insisting on being escalated to managers who all said the correct department would ring back and didn't have a phone.

I was also e-mailing every e-mail address I could find on the web and the ones provided to me by private message, non of which resulted in a response.

Eventually we got a call back from a helpful person who sorted it there and then, it would appear eventually it dropped on somebodies desk who was bothered to sort it out. I have no idea if the phoning and e-mails helped.

Sadly though sales are now the worst they have ever been, I have no idea if it's a economy Brexit thing or if its related to the suspension.

To be honest it does work itself out but it's not quick and it's very picky!
On Amazon their are a few techniques to ensure you sell at your best potential and none are rocket science.
One company bangs on about Amazon a-logarithms but you can't influence them other than a tidy clean and optimised listing page.
Are your products on your pages or created by someone else ?

Some are some aren't, to be honest it's all a bit disorganised.

Some we have thrown together, some we are on other peoples listings.

A friend and I run it and to be honest it’s all a bit, dare I say it, unprofessional. We started it as thing to fund out track cars and track days and it’s grown from there. We spiked in turnover last year and had to register for VAT and now we have dropped back well under the threshold.

We have an ebay shop too and both need a good tidy up, listing templates and just generally looking more professional.

I know a girl who can help you - sent you a PM she is a freelance eBay and Amazon expert who can sort you out and set you up going forward.
