Any recommendations for companies that manufacture computer cables especially USB?

Hi Dave,

Not the same at each end, USB at one end open cable at the end.

Initially its for a prototype, so 5-10 units. If I can source some funding I will then need a minimum of 100.

Would something like this do for testing purposes? Just cut the other end off?

Hmm, seems ones for the cable coming from the side are no problem but don't seem to have any with the lead coming out like that sorry.

Thanks Dave and Droopsnoot thats very helpful especially the DX link. I have ordered 10 for my prototypes and will see what happens.
