RideLondon jerseys - posted or collection?

When I entered the ballot I opted to donate my entry fee if unsuccessful in exchange for a jersey. I did eventually get a place but I believe the deal was that I still get the top anyway.

This is the first year I've done all this malarkey but looking back over my emails I can't see anything specific about this and was wondering if they are sent out in advance (getting tight, time wise) or if you collect them when registering?
