After a bit of feedback from any here who manufacture or sell specialist engineering products.

If you have (or have had) marketing for your products, how successful have you found it to be?

Any do's, don't's?

I have a few products aimed at the M&E sector (plumbing, ventilation & electrical within the construction industry) as well as simple to high-end control systems.

There is also bespoke design & build, some install & commissioning.

Any info gratefully received.

Thanks in advance smile

It's funny as I was talking to a marketing girl today who only works in that sector and she seems to be really busy as she has contacts with all the big trade mags and knows how to make a brick sound awesome. She also seems to be at a party every other night which she claims is networking !

Can you do a trade show - you will learn a lot from having a presence there.
