I've got a handful of customers which i'm loosing the will to live as a result of chasing for payment.
Can anyone recommend a reputable and sensibly priced recovery agency who I can pass this debt onto?

Thanks in advance,

Andy

B2B or private customers?

As mentioned above; what's the stake and knowing what that stake as a % of monthly turnover would add context to determine whether actions (which in themselves may be costly) are worth it or you simply write them off to experience and move on.

PM me some contact details and I can get one of our debt recovery team to call you.

We're a law firm, so benefit from legal privilege - and won't charge if we don't recover. Team had a 98% success rate last year!

exactly also what is the best solution ?

- enforcement action and do you have the stomach to go through with high court and winding up petitions etc for business debtors
- factoring
- debt 'purchase'

We use Lovetts solicitors in Guildford who are a) cheap, and b) very effective.
