Yup, I used it to find my last-but-one decorator. Good site - put up what you want and a description and location etc, and builders can say whether they're interested in quoting for the job. When the builder hits the 'I'm interested' button (this is where the site takes a fee from them) you are then 'connected' to them and can message, exchange phone numbers etc. I limited that to around 3 or 4 people and then let them quote for my job; You can also see others' reviews of the tradesmen too.Good site that works as it says, and I'll be using it again.
