company gone in to adminstration

Hi Folks just after some advice really

a company which we paid over 8 grand for an solar array install that does not work properly have appeard to gone in to administration.

any clues where i stand or who to contact. no names given but just after some general advice really.

Where to start who to contact for advice.

You'll need to contact the administrators and be added to the list of creditors.

Honestly its probably hardly worth chasing, however is it an insurance backed guarantee?

i suppose were better of than some as we actually have the gear installed but just not working correctly. i was told there was an insurance if they went bump, i have already phoned them and unfortunatly they were kicked out of the insurance groups end of feb so any install after wont be covered.
