One option may be to go niche, and look at markets the big guys don't bother with. As said, the market is mostly sown up by the big players.

We provide software solutions for a number of leasing companies, so have a good idea of how their business models work.

Your relationships need to be with manufacturers directly, there is not some middle tier to go through. You then need relationships with a finance company, insurance company, repairer network, accident management, tyres etc.

I am sorry to say that this is not going to be an easy industry to get into without some serious backing.
