How about pulling her to a 1:1 and saying that with everything going on and the work load, you want to ensure everyone is getting on with their work and you feel that the conversations are becoming too long and too frequent, therefore you feel it should be kept to a limit where she is able to have the catch ups but to keep others in mind too.

Many moons ago I was a cleaner part-time and I can tell you this: cleaners like to talk. You could fire her and the replacement cleaner would pick up right where she left off. The cleaners I worked with did the sum total of 4 hours a day, and still insisted on a morning coffee to sit and chat to each other in works time!
