I've been looking for a serviced office or reasonably priced office south of the M25 near Gatwick/Oxted area and having no luck!

So far most places require I minimum of 4-5 'workstations' which makes the cost to high for what we need.

Does anyone have any ideas or contacts who are looking to share an office with two people?

Thanks

Serviced offices are dear in the area and small too, bet you've looked at Bourne House.

Is Haywards Heath too far? What are you looking to spend a month?

Just to add Edenbridge is likely to be the nearest town that doesn't suffer the Surrey premium.

I may well be up for an office move / share in the Oxted area from July ish.

Try looking for a co-working office? I've worked out of one before and it was pretty good, you pay per seat and you might find that they'll have a corner/private office that you can use away from another company (depending on layout).

Thanks for the response Tricky.

My business partner is located near Dartford & I based near Horsham so we were looking for somewhere in the middle.

We did look at Bourne House and I didn't think the prices were too bad per person but when minimum is 5 work stations it really racks up.

Thanks ECS will have a look into that.

Don't be put off non-serviced offices. There are quite a few small owners who are happy to let a unit on a flexible basis like 1 month notice and hooking up broadband doesn't need to be expensive.

Just to add I'm paying £700/month for 450 sq/ft (nice size for 4 people without being cramped) + comms but inclusive of heat / water / light. Has parking and A/C.

This website might be worth a look. No indication of minimum occupancy though.

Did you say Gatwick? http://www.searchofficespace.com/uk/west-sussex/ga... again no indication of minimum occupancy though.

There isn't a minimum occupancy as such its just that serviced offices tend to per priced per workstation rather than floor area. When I was looking, what most places classed as a 7 workstation office would IMO be very tight for three people by the time you have a copier and some filing.

A 2 workstation serviced office space in this area is very much along the lines of a broom cupboard.
