I have an engineering workshop here in Kent. I have a Yang CNC lathe with up to 60mm bar capacity (larger in billets) and a cnc mill with table size 720mm x 450mm x 400mm. I specialise in one offs to batch runs. I also have manual turning facilities.

PS There is also a Powder coaters that I can highly recommend a few miles from me and an anodisers within 20 miles, again highly recommended and both known to me.

Spa Aluminium in Tunbridge Wells for anodising (although it's >15 years since I used them). Used to be owned by two brothers - one died recently, but the company is still going.

Powder coating - small batch? There's an outfit near here (Uckfield, Sussex) called Keep Powder Coating might be able to help.

There is a powder coating place in Royston so local for you, my friend has been using them for aircraft bits, conqueror industries.
