Hi all I currently use Barclaycard (Business) but am fed up with not being able to log onto my account with my phone (they currently don't offer it to business customers)

I am looking to move to a new CC company that have an app to quickly check whats due etc

Any advise welcome

I have a business Barclaycard, and I also have a personal current account with them. I use the phone app for my current account, and Barclays automatically linked in my business Barclaycard to that without me even asking - I just tap the 'business' tab and up it comes.

So maybe if you open a personal account of some sort with them, you'd be able to do the same?

amex all the way here....points are awesome too.

mainly as you can transfer them to any airlines points scheme.

I used 39,000 points the other day on an emirates flight. the additional cost of the ticket from economy to business was £1200.

I do this too. I'm wondering if I should go for either the Amex Amex card or perhaps the BA Amex card. Have loads of Virgin airmiles but can only really travel in the school holidays at the moment. The other cards would give me access to different destinations, worth considering I suppose. Happy to go to the US though, perhaps I just need to keep saving miles for now and when our daughter finishes school or is old enough to stay home alone, just have some cracking holidays then.

I'm thinking about getting a Virgin Black.

Can I have a personal and business one? Can the points be used together?

Also it's a £1200 limit? Is that it?

I just use a personal one. My limit is a lot higher than £1.2k. You can request higher limits online in your account once it's set up, I've done this twice and it was approved straight away both times. I guess that the initial limit might be set by your credit rating?
