Still staggering under the information overload in your first post, wading through the detail, trying to work out whether it's going to apply to me, how much extra I will be paying if anything and on what basis the calculations are made. I haven't got to the bit where it says where this info is coming from and how I can get even more if I needed it.

Fair point.

It will be detailed on your 2017-18 rates bill.

Okay it's only costing me £40 on an £11,000 bill so arguably inconsequential, but I was annoyed they are doing it at all.

I've calmed down now.

biggrin

To be fair it's pretty standard stuff, it's been the same for as many revals as I can remember and is what funds the relief scheme on increases

We just had our 17/18 bill at the lower rate? In fact we were told to ignore it as we have got a re re eval and no rates. Will wait to see what they send.

Either way dont moan you should simply price it in © singlecoil wink

Pleased that some people are benefiting. Rates bill for the office I work out of has gone up by 38%!

My rates are going to be zero. Which is nice.

Our rateable value has just gone from £79.5k to £86.5k. Multiplier is 0.479.

Yes, we are appealing.

Mine's gone to zero from about £5k, nothing about transition but it's only a small amount.

They do, and there is another firm of rating surveyors in the building as well! Not only that but our rent is close to AVD as well!

Hopefully in your favour rather than the VO's.

Here is a question - can you include the notional fee in your bonus scheme? Or is this one for love smile
