I must say - if I was personally go to down this kind of route I would seriously consider a Subway.

We have local to work in Basingstoke - and he's got 3 prime audiences during the day .... he has all the students from the local college, and all the local businesfolk (myself included). And finally is his location ..... he's right in the middle of all the bus stops at Basingstoke bus station - so he's got a captive and continuous audience.

Location is key.

Without knowing all the ins and outs so to speak, in that sort of position I would rather have a macD's anyday.

Although I think Subway is brilliant and will probably overtake the unhealthy fast food chains in time.
