why would they want to join the vein popping high stress fraternity, when they could earn just as much here with alot nicer working environment

Granted they'll never make the $m working for me, but the $x00k is easily done by several staffers already.

ironically We've been super busy since xMas, so just havent had the time to get round to this yet ;(

Have some good CV's in though.. I want a short break holiday at the end of this month so I really want to have it sorted by then, but at this rate I doubt it (30+ servers to go live in the next week!)

How many servers do you have now Jamie? Work must be good if you're putting up 30 more!

Server numbers themselves aren't a useful metric.. some people knock out servers / colo at very low prices, and as such have double the amount we have, but make large multiples less per server..

Also, most of our managed servers can £3-4k+ a pop, whereas you can also get low end ones for ~£300

These 30 for example, will earn me more than 284 Register1 basic servers would

We're numbering into the thousands mark anyway.
