There is a young lady that sells advertising space in your companies lifestyle magazine that sounds utterly utterly delightful.I work for Candy & Candy and the market last year was at it's absolute best.

Dan, don't worry about it chum. When I see people saying - 'I have a Sagaris but thought I'd get a DB9 as well' I also wonder 'What the heck do they do to earn that much?'
The answer is probably 'something in the City'. Console yourself with the fact that whatever they earn, they have a mortgage the size of Bolivia and spend the rest on gym fees, car parking and overpriced restaurants. I don't earn much but I live in the country (ish), everything is paid for including the cars and the house, and I don't have a boss. I get up at 9.00am each morning and do what I want. So you have to consider quality of life too
Simpo don't be so "pitiful" if that's the right word, people can have money and quality of life. OP you may be able to make your life what you want it to be if you work effectively (hard thing to do).The answer is probably 'something in the City'. So he's NOT an architect then?
An architect is a person who has passed all the professional architect exams, I would imagine. If you haven't passed those exams, it is wrong to describe yourself as an "architect" - in my opinion.
Indeed - you need to do 5 years study and 2 years work based to complete you Part III, THEN you are an Architect....unless nic360 or others would like to correct me?!An architect is a person who has passed all the professional architect exams, I would imagine. If you haven't passed those exams, it is wrong to describe yourself as an "architect" - in my opinion.
Anyway, back to topic!
