Hi

I know that there are a few people here who run their own companies in Recruitment. We are looking for a comprehensive back office system which ties timesheets etc, straight into the accounting system. For some reason everyone we speak to seems to do 2 seperate pieces of software, one for capturing timesheets and the other for the accounting.

I was wondering what other options may be open to us.

We use RDB Pro at the front end.

Thanks

Owen

I've been out of recruitment for a few months now, but we ran our contract division on a product called Voyager Mid Office

This, together with a fax server based timesheet submission system meant that we had the whole thing as integrated as we could.

There may be a reason for this. Quite often the system that does Accounting well doesn't also do Timesheets well. We do Timesheets - but not Accounting - we interface with whatever accounting package you have through exports.

Whilst I realise that the ideal is a single system that runs the whole business this is rarely available.

If you would like any assistance with your Timesheeting requirements we'd be glad to help. Our system is hugely configurable and meets most time/attendance/hr needs.

Thanks Guys

I think we have already looked at Voyager. The guy from the company came in, said we were too small and accused us of wasting his time. a; maybe he should have taken the time to find out our requirements before getting here and b; bloody rude. biggrin

Don, please feel free to PM me your details and I will pass them to my accountant who is looking at the system for us.

I can supply you with an integrated timesheet and accounting module and assuming your front end is SQL et al based can integrate it as well - well proven several thousand daily end users!

Just drop me a line or call
