Property let - company lease rather than assured short hold

Does anyone have any examples of a company lease? I've been asked to provide one for a company let rather than my usual individual assured short hold tennany.

I've just done one. They paid a 'premium' in full, and pay £1/month lease. Good for thier tax. I have a copy somewhere - but I'll have to have a dig around.
