Incorporating a business

I need to incorporate a new company fairly sharpish. Google turns up a host of outfits that can do it in a few hours which would be ideal. I assume they are OK for what I need as all I want immediately is the company number. Does it make any difference if the incorporation certificate, memorandum and articles are .pdf files?
