Hi
I have a contract with a client to do on going workt. The workload is increasing and I'm looking to bring in another person on a sub contract arrangement.
Can any one advise on or has any one got a good general agreement / contract that I can get the sub contractor to sign that protects me from them approaching the client direct etc. while the work is in progress and for a period of time after they complete the work?!..
Any thoughts or advise would be great.. Thanks..
