any recommendations to formalising an agreement for a new venture, before a shareholder agreement can be put in place? what sort of things should I consider and are there any templates anywhere I could use?
Cheers... it seems to be a pretty vague document actually... but I'll need to put something in place asap as my potential business partner is starting to 'reremember' previous verbal agreements.
We would formalise things with a shareholder agreement / articles of association when the limited company is setup in the next week or so. This is just a covering document. Is an MOU appropriate? I will be getting a corporate finance guy to look over it.
