I'm in the process of purchasing a company and am looking for a solicitor to draw up the sale agreement etc.. any PH'ers on here do that sort of thing and dont charge the earth?

I am a Solicitor based in Bournemouth working in corporate law, mainly transactions. As a recently qualified (although not too inexperienced!) solicitor my hourly rate is lower than most whilst I still have the benefit of full supervision by experienced associates / partners.
