I am looking to go for a long weekend to the Brazilian F1, which also happens to be the last one.

I want to take one of my suppliers with me, and put it through the business.

Does anyone know any companies that supply packages, ie flights, tickets, and hotels for a long weekend to do this?

Also am I ok to put all expenses through the business as entertaining?

Cheers

There is nothing to stop you allocating entertaining expenses to your business profit and loss account. Indeed, it would be wrong NOT to show entertaining costs correctly in your business accounts.

However, you will not be entitled to any tax relief on those costs and they will be "added back" to the profits in the tax computations.

I have no advice to offer regarding the accounting / tax liability of the trip, but I have dealt with these guys a few years ago and they were good.
