If he is a genuinely succesfull chap then that's great well done. But it doesn't stack up ,

He probably saved up a few quid earned legitimately and then surfed either a small development or BtL wave when the going was good and ended up with disposable which created a bit of flash money but nothing like which he claimed or more likely allowed him to get even more finance which he spunked on sunny delight and brasses.
