Anyone used a company called 4com (4com.co.uk)?

We had a couple of customers tied in and they couldn't get out without major exit fees.
What surprised me is how good they are at pulling the wool over the eyes of businesses. Some of our customers were really onboard after the initial sales pitch, it was only when we told them about the 7 year contract and highlighted just how much they'll end up paying that they realised how predatory it was.
I can't believe their reviews on Trust pilot are genuine. They read quite "strangely" but I do know their initial pitch and installation is done well - it's at the 2-3 year mark until most realise their mistake so maybe that's why all the initial reviews are so good.
