The beer tent?

Actually, that's not a bad idea in any event. If there was a marquee as some sort of giant dormitory, and maybe an extra tenner for a ticket that had a bed. Would save a lot of hassle tent wise for many.

I wouldn't use the facility myself mind, the idea of sleeping with a few hundred PH'ers en masse does not appeal hehe

Is that the bed next to Emma?

You'll be giving the poor girl a bad reputation what with that and the cottage last year. hehe

(Assuming we're talking about the same Emma, mind)

Tried putting my tent up - fine - even on my own - plenty of room for me in it (a four man it says - not four men like me it isn't ). Getting it back in the bag was a right pain though!!

Getting dressed confused

I normally just kick the shoes off and fall into unconsciousness. Sometimes I'm lucky and make it into the sleeping bag.

Isn't that BG's new tent? Or just his garage for the Bently?

Nope. I have been assured it will be here in the next few weeks.

We've just bought a new tent, so our Coleman Bispace 400 might be up for sale if anyone needs a tent for PistonFest.

They seem to be going for around £75 on eBay.

Only trouble is that we're already worried about whether we're going to have enough space in the car even with the roofbox, so might find it difficult to deliver it to PF.

JonRB, i wouldn't worry about space in the car, more about space at the site. Looking at Warrens tent, ours and a few others rekon there will only be space for about 12 people by the time we get there.

We'll be there by Friday morning complete with mahoosive tent, gazebo, flag & pole and a lump of BMW to take up half the camping space

We will have some cold beers and some tea on the go. Might even get around to sorting some curry out.
