Been using Chrome on my Galaxy S4 for a while - but it seemed to be a bit slow to me.

Some websites which are ad-heavy sometimes even stop responding completely. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of 3rd-party ad-blocker software for Android Chrome.

So I switched to Firefox with a separate ad-blocker.

IS great. Fast, reliable, never hangs - and no ads. A winner, no?!

Opera. It text wraps. I like the double tap drag to zoom and text wrap. None of the others do except for HTC's default browser.

No brainer for me as I always try to default to desktop website layout rather than mobile!

Chrome has updated to version 37, and is now the 'material design' from Android L. The refresh button isn't. In the address bar anymore, it's in the 3 dot menu button. WTF Google! They do very odd things, and I've only had the phone for a week.

Ah. You're right I've just looked in the play store and it needs an update. Don't think I will!

Switched off auto update on all apps as I was fed up with the thing updating every 2mins.
