You also can press the home button to go back to the home screen and then lock the phone so you don't even need it up on the screen when you lock it.

Quick question for anyone that has ordered from the Apple store, my delivery date states - 24 Oct, 2012 - 30 Oct, 2012 by Standard Shipping.

Did other peoples orders come on the first day it was meant to or did it come later?

Any one else still waiting for their 5 to be delivered?

Ordered three weeks ago today direct from orange (business contract)!

Getting a little bored of waiting and I'm sure the 5s will be out just after I get my 5!

My contract is up and I can upgrade now but all my docking stations (3) will be made redundant unless I buy (forced) some stupid adaptor, plus all the old cables I had for work, home and in my back pack are useless now. Pretty pissed off really!

Annoyingly, they'll "only delivery to invoice address"; fantastic for the 0.0001% of the population that have the time to sit by their own front doors all day.

I succesfully argued a lack of contract due to orange not being able to find the recording. I believed i was on a 1 year contract, they insisted 2 but as dne over phone no paperwork and only voice recording as to proof the contract existed. As they could not provide the proof i informed them the contract was void and stopped using the phone and further payments. Didnt hear anything from them about it.

Phones 4 you were offering a very good deal yesterday when I went in with a £100 discount on the 64gb. I went in for a 32gb ( they had loads in stock despite apple and o2 claiming weeks for delivery) and I came out with a 64 which cost me £30 and reduced my DD by £5 a month. Same length of contract again.
