Where are people getting the nova beta from? I've got a fully paid copy of nova prime, I've tried registering on the G+ community and becoming a tester, but I can't seem to see where you actually get it from...

I've got it now, and for some bizarre, reason, unlike my Nexus 7, I cannot make the Navbar at the bottom transparent, unless I install the Google Experience Launcher, enable that, then change the wallpaper, then change back to Nova again, then its transparent, but it never last long and always goes back to black. Very odd. Not exactly an important issue, but I must admit, a teeny bit irritating.

Same here, I think its great actually, I searched for a company name that I know well but isn't in my phonebook and and it came up straight away. The dialer itself is only one button press away too. People still don't like change, but like animals, evolve or die

What doesn't work about it, I've got it on mine and it still appears to be backing up my messages?

if i wanted to refer back to a message they are saved on my google account so im not hugely fussed, just would have liked to be able to pick up where i left off

I was reading about it earlier, there looks like there a new beta version now which works properly.

Interesting, glad they saw fit to give us that, visually looks much nicer.

Just flashed the update myself, and can confirm I now have transparent bars top and bottom on the lock screen and home screen now (although I am using Nova launcher), it also fixed the navbar not being transparent on Nova, never did get to the bottom of that issue!

You'll have to do the update manually, I think, and then re-root.

The date and time will be stamped in the properties of the file anyway, and to be honest it'd be easy to photoshop a time and date onto any photo.

I've seen some suggestion that the 4.4 has caused some issues for some.

There's a 4.4.2 update now which appear to be just bugfixes, which I'm busy sideloading.
