I think I need to have a closer look at downloading themes. I like the minimalist examples on this thread.

What are you guys doing to get app notifications displayed? In the pic above you can see he has whatsapp messages.
I have changed to Nova Launcher and running a 'Lines icon pack' but I no longer receive visible notifications for whatsapp, Facebook, email, missed calls and texts.
Any idea how to sort this as it is a bit of a deal breaker for me, may have to go back to touchwiz

Both are 4G slots, it just seems to show 3G when connected to the WiFi. Odd.

Or an app called missed it. I use nova launcher too and found missed it to be better. Although the counts are never accurate.

Its from a chap on the XDA forums. It took a bit of fanangaling to get the music image to show up but worked pretty well.

I've upgraded phones so don't have that anymore.

Settled on this so far on for my new Mi5.

BW clock/weather, Nova launcher + Token icons, Digical month and agenda, Boost for reddit showing frontpage (Slide is a better client, but this widget is nicer). Have used the same icons & clock since 2011 and feels like I should have something more up to date, but it works for me still.

Can't decide if I should have 2x2 Agenda, Moonreader and Twilight widgets stuffed underneath reddit, it's messy but I need really Twilight. Battery saving keeps closing background processes I told it not to, so the widget helps.
