After being a BT client for many years I will never, ever buy from them again. The product was fine but customer services is amongst the worst I have ever experienced. I have Sky ADSL and have had for a while now, not the fastest but it's been very reliable and I get to speak to UK based customer services if needed - I know some have had bad experiences with Sky but IME they are better than any other large company.

I could upgrade to BT infinity but we were so badly treated and messed around that will never happen. Shame really.
If you can get bt infinity you can get sky fibre .
Both BT Infinity and $ky fibre are the same thing provided by a different arm of the BT group. I have fibre supplied by PlusNet with no major issues. Any time I have spoken to support they were not script jockeys and spoke with a Yorkshire accent.

will plusnet be good in North West Wales (isle of Anglesey) though?
If they use the BT infrastructure then their quality should be same, but why are they miles cheaper than BT?

I don't want to pay less, and get rubbish service from them.

I have been using Sky services from many years and I have no problems with. I am a satisfied customer. If you are in an area they cover, then Sky is very good as compared to BT. If you have a problem with broadband slow speed, you can call to free Sky phone number 0844 385 1222. This number can help you for technical support on broadband services.

And don't use that number. Use 03442 411 411 instead.
