That's crazy. I walked into Carphone Warehouse maybe 15 miles away from here and they had 16Gb and 128Gb versions available in any colour with no queue at all.
With sim only deals offering unlimited 4g for £13 a month you can see why people don't want to sign up to 24 month contracts. I'm going to have to refuse mine.

Only yesterday did I realise that the fascia was white rather than silver. Looking back at the apple website it's clear when you know but one photo the white looks silver (ish)
Too late to swap so they told me to refuse delivery today and re-order immediately after.
I did warm to the white but wanted to make sure, so I had a walk to the local (it's 100m away) Carphone Warehouse. Open at 8:30 and no queue. The guy in there had a 6 in the gunmetal colour which looked really good. They only had a 5 with a white front, but comparing the two there was....well, no comparison. So, refusing delivery is the only option.
The CPWH guy did say I should cancel and go back to him for a better deal but I bet I need about 3 forms of ID and utility bills to buy one and we only moved into the flat a couple of weeks ago so I have nothing. EE said it'd be next week. Grrrr. But I'd rather that than have a phone I'm not happy with.
CPWH guy did try to convince me how wonderful the screen is on the new phone by showing me it next to his 5 with the brightness turned down. Seriously? I'm expected to buy it on that basis?

My friend has a 'note' which is huge and its even bigger because Apple havent designed out the huge bezels which they have always had.It could have been a lot smaller with smaller bezels top and bottom.

Its the weight. I'm currently using a 4 as my work and 5 as personal and although the 4 is smaller it is much chunkier and weighs a good 25 grams more. I much prefer having the 5 in my suit pockets, the 6 is slimmer and similar weight so can only be better in my opinion. Will know for certain from 12:30-13:30 fingers x

Indeed.Can someone give me a single reason why the 6 is better than the 5s? The only difference seems to be the size.
Don't get me wrong; I'm a massive fan of Apple and I use their laptops, desktops, tablets and phones but as a current iPhone 5 user who is due an upgrade, what will I achieve by going for the 6 over a 5s with iOS8 installed?
