I got used to it in days, I can't use anything else now. I had a 5S for my second phone and it just felt awful after using the 6+.

Borrowed the little one's iPhone 4S the other day, felt like I was using a fisher price toy biggrin
Exactly this!

6+ over the 6 every day.

And unlike the guy a few posts above, I manage to put mine in my pockets all the time?!

My PoS iPhone now has the front camera cresent, battery issues (once below 30%, it goes very quickly), and now the wifi seems shot.

I want to get it swapped. No doubt I'll have to jump through hoops...
considering even the earliest iPhone 6 are still in warranty, not really sure why you haven't just gone and got it sorted rather than putting up with it and complaining!

A 3 hour round trip or be without a phone for a week.

i would have thought everyone has a back-up handset for this type of situation. SIM adapters are about £2 on eBay, tesco crappy mobiles are about £7. They can't fix the phone on the spot.

The front camera on the iPhone 6 has slipped so about a third of the lens is now in the case and a white crescent is showing. It doesn't seem to effect the camera, but is annoying.

(searching this is a common problem)

Seems most if not all of them have this issue.

Going to wait until the warranty is almost out/it starts to block the front camera before getting it replaced/fixed.

Suggestions gents, my iPhone 5s has been dropped numerous times in the last year resulting in more and more dents and bits of glass disappearing, I was holding out for the 6+S in October when my contract is up for renewal, however 3 have fked me off royally and I'm tempted to see if EE will buy me out of contract and get a 6+ now.

Any thought? I'm coping fine with a broken phone now and probably could wait longer but any views on snags that should be ironed out in the next version would be helpful.

The only thing I'd like to see on the 6S is a smaller size. EE seemed quite helpful when I'd been shafted by O2, so it is always worth calling and speaking to them.

Had 6+ since Xmas now and the size is great. No way I could go back to something 6 size now.

They won't be changing the size it would only likely be a performance upgrade as per normal.

Anyone on EE and using Wifi calling? Hoping it works well. Will be a big help where we are in poor coverage areas/

My suggestion would be to get a better bumper or cover which protects it! I have just replaced a 5 with a 6 and the 6 feels like it would suffer more if dropped, due to the glass protruding. The 5 was great, didn't suffer when I occasionally dropped it, protected only by a £1.99 bumper from Amazon.

Yes, there was a thread on it a while back, I've set it up, but switched it off, as I like to be able to answer calls on my Mac/iPad too.

Me too. Although when I'm on vacation in the back of beyond with no reception whatsoever I'll probably turn it on.

we have to use signal boosters in Surrey! Proverbial swiss cheese black spots out here. It will be a welcome addition.

Agreed. I have had many iPhones and they've all been kept in a great condition that I've then passed them on to family members and rarely in cases as I treat my kit well and don't like the feel. Last year I broke my iPad mini screen and iPhone 5s frown I now have a case on the air2 (although it doubles the thickness and I don't like it) and my intention is to buy an otter box case for the next iPhone, I may get one for the iPad to see if it's better than the mofred leather case.

As per my post the other day.
18 months with a 3G- no screen issues
24 months with a 5- no screen issues
3.5 months with a 6- new screen required.

It all comes down to the shape of the phone imo. Still, third world problems and all that.

Have a look at spigen - doesn't offer the same frontal protection as otter box but it sits proud enough to absorb impacts while not making the phone 6 inches thick. I've got one on my 6 plus after dropping it and cracking the bezel and it's held up brilliantly despite spending most of my time on construction sites of some descript or up to the naffs in gypsum dust. Also has a handy little kickstand smile
