You're not suggesting people can afford an iPhone AND a sense of humour are you?

Hardly anything to do with Android this one, but indeed, far from funny.

Did had a bit of a smile when they showed the "pan shot" in the flower pot. Straight up parody of all these youtube reviewers showing the phones in endless pan shots in various environments smile.

How do they come up with this stuff, what's wrong with 1920x1080?
I know it's probably for the scaling of apps, but ffs. rofl
They'd be crackers to complicate app scaling for the sake of having an imperceptibly higher res screen, just so they can boast that their phone has a resolution based on a decades old TV standard.

I've got my name down for the first handset to be delivered to my local O2 on launch day as a friend is the manager.

Just need to pay my refresh which is around £250 and whatever cost the handset is (definitely having 32gb this time!!) and off I go!

My 5's battery is diabolical at the moment and my serial isn't eligible for a new one.

Gonna give it up for the 6 I think. Looking forward to being able to rely on a battery percentage - until the same happens to the 6!

Mine too. Mine is in the correct date range but not serial no. Mine has been known to power down at 39%, it's so unreliable and unpredictable. Think it's a bit of a kick in the teeth to acknowledge some are faulty but disregarding others showing the same symptoms.

From new, sept 2012. I wouldn't ordinarily expect any assistance/support outside the years warranty, it's just that the apparent fault as described clearly relates to a
greater proportion than they're happy to admit.

he should do, but I think apple claim only a year, despite the EU obviously expecting for 2.

2 Years minimum, and potentially 6 years. Which they insist must be via the vendor, yet surely the underlying contract is with the manufacturer? If a premium product were to fail due to poor quality of construction or design within this timescale then you can reasonably complain that it was not suitable for the purpose for which it was sold. The replacement of faulty batteries and wake switches would certainly come under this.

So the question is: if there are 2 sizes will you stick with the current size, or go bigger?

Seeing as the current 5 is 4inch and the 6 is rumoured to be 4.7 or 5.5 I think 'going bigger' is the only option.
