I've gone from a 4S (had it over three years) to a 6. Battery life good but Audio Call quality through either the BT Headset or the phone are dreadful ! The Audio distorts at certain frequencies and sounds extremely poor. Additionally some Apps needed reinstalling because they instantly crashed and returned to the Home Screen. Music audio though is fine. The 4S never put a foot wrong so what's up with the 6 ?

Apple Music is shocking.

I am big Apple Fan, got iPad, had 2x iPhones (Personal/Company), MacBook and iMac, but after using the Apple Music, I was really left feeling like it was rubbish and spotify was light years ahead so i have gone back.

I have however, upgraded to a Samsung S6 Edge since and I'm totally sold on Android so far! Even debating getting a Microsoft Surface Pro next..

I share your sentiments.
I'm trying to find a way to cancel it before the trial ends so I can get back to managing my music library without having the streaming service interfere. Hopefully they won't axe iTunes Match.

If I am honest, I have lost all love for the Music app now - it's not clear at all and how to navigate, I have spent probably good amount of cash on iTunes too - probably around £1k.

I use Spotify now for the lot, sync straight into car.

I decided to just go with it on the phone, downloaded 20 or so songs, created a playlist etc.

Put it on in the car and half the songs are remixes. I searched for the name, clicked the first one (didn't say remix) and downloaded. Surely it's going to take forever to find the right one, some results were in the 10's for 1 song? Suppose the problem for having access to so much.

pain in the arse.

Am I the only one who will not pay a subscription for almost anything? I haven't even given this Apple Music service a second look.

No, I certainly don't for things like music, there's no need to...

I also agree on this, I too spent a sizeable amount of money on my iTunes library before I switched to ripping my own CDs and feeding them to iTunes match.

The old iPod Music app was fine, the new one is not. It feels like they scrambled together three apps to get all the functionality and ended up with one big mess.
When I do listen to music, I usually swipe down and enter the title/playlist in Spotlight or access it via Siri. Both ways are infinitely faster than trying to accomplish it by navigating the Music.app itself.

Between this fiasco and the Apple watch, I really don't like the way Apple as a company is developing at the moment. They have $200B cash on hand, Spotify is valued around $8.5B... too late now I guess.

I probably buy one album a month, so prefer the old model of buying those albums, rather than streaming, although I do like Beats 1.

I've got a strange issue with my iPhone 6, sometimes when I touch the screen there's a clicking sound which sounds like a speaker click rather than a physical click. It also happens when the sound is muted. I have the key board clicks turned off. What is particularly bizarre is that it doesn't happen all the time. Has anyone else experienced this?

I still just buy CD's. On eBay most are £2-£3, and just rip them on iTunes if I want them on my phone. Plus then I have the CD for the hifi.

2 month old iPhone already bent, just below the volume buttons. 5 year old recently dropped the phone too and shattered the screen, apple replaced it for £79 inside an hour which is pretty decent service, I commented on the bent case and was told 'It's very strange, we had more complaints about the iPhone 4 and 5 getting bent than the iPhone 6'. I find this kind of rubbish very annoying, the 4 was an extremely solid and much smaller phone, less so with the 5. I just don't believe they would bend in the same way the 6/6 plus do.

That said, I have an Xperia Z3 and that's bent too. Perhaps I should stop carrying phones in my pocket and instead buy a man bag?

Just upgraded to the 6 after having my battered old bent 5s for a while, gone from being on Giff Gaff which wasn't too bad but their data speeds are shocking, to taking out a new contract for Unlimited Texts & Calls with 6GB of data for £49 a month with Vodafone with no upfront cost.

Love the phone already, but I am not sure whether to put a case on it or not yet.. I only put a case on my 5s within the last month of having it hehe

The 6 body is very smooth. If you don't put a in a case you WILL drop it.

The 6S is out third week of next month so I'd say any deals on the 6 need to be pretty good right now.....new one is going to be slightly more expensive.

Definitely going to be a 6S is it? How do you know that it will be slightly more expensive?

I think that's right on the name....I was chatting to a mate about it yesterday but I'll be honest it was more in passing. He deffo said it will be slightly more expensive. Don't want to get anyone into trouble but all I will say is that it's not idle banter/something I heard on a forum etc. He would definitely know.

I highly doubt it will be any more expensive, and as for the name it's almost definitely 6S considering leaked parts have all been slight tweaks of 6 parts.
