So the question is: if there are 2 sizes will you stick with the current size, or go bigger?
Seeing as the current 5 is 4inch and the 6 is rumoured to be 4.7 or 5.5 I think 'going bigger' is the only option. I'm actually leaning towards the 5S at this point, because it's simply much nicer to hold and use one handed.
Dunno, I'll decide once I've handed the 6.

I don't need a bigger screen, and I don't really want a huge phone filling my pocket. I can understand those who might not own a laptop or who incessantly stream movies might fancy a bigger screen but to me, it's primarily a phone.
Not sure if this has been posted but my BIL just sent it over to me - I have to say it seems to replicate exactly what it is going to look like from the all the leaks that I have seen.

I think I prefer the 5 however its all about what technological changes they have made.

2 Years minimum, and potentially 6 years. Which they insist must be via the vendor, yet surely the underlying contract is with the manufacturer? If a premium product were to fail due to poor quality of construction or design within this timescale then you can reasonably complain that it was not suitable for the purpose for which it was sold. The replacement of faulty batteries and wake switches would certainly come under this.

Every new "leak" I see makes me think more an and more about the HTC One.
It makes sense, I know quite a few people swayed by the look of the HTC.
The shape of it looks like it could be good in the hand as well (like the 3G was).
Looks ace, hope they can add some serious functionality to come with the extra screen real estate!

I can't think that the camera lens would protrude like that.
If it has interchangeable lenses then it would need to I think.http://uk.pcmag.com/iphone-accessories/news/3713/a...

Not impossible. It does on the iPod Touch. Bit sloppy in my opinion, and I'm interested to see whether it makes the phone unstable when resting flat on a table.
There was a picture which popped up a few weeks ago which even included design drawings with dimensions of the protrusion - think it was something like 0.6mm.
Are phones getting too thin when the insides have to stick out?

? Hasn't this been done for ages.In recent smartphone memory the SGS2 sticks to mind. But I'm sure there's hundreds of other examples.
Any idea on the camera? Maybe it's something really good? Not expecting that Lumia kind of thing (talk about protrusion) though.

I will probably put a case on the iPhone 6 too..
why are the permitting youtube bellend vloggers to preview the handsets? Surely if they wanted them to not do that, they could be very forceful with the legal Ts&Cs that come with the issued preview items. So, I can only assume they actively want their thunder (that of the launch at least) stolen because they feel it's the best way to promote. Maybe it's the same as driving unreleased cars around with 'camo paint' so as 'hide' them from the public.

Great way of building anticipation isn't it for not actually doing a great deal.
a bit, but the even the better vids are generally crap. Plus it's usually 8 minutes of some punchable tool's face making noise to promote his personal brand, and about 2 mins of the actual phone. Great way of building anticipation isn't it for not actually doing a great deal.
