Ah, good. That means my mail to TSOhost has just been sent.
I have been speaking to Akin at TSO Host most of the week and he has been very good at answering my questions. They'll move my sites no problem, and with there being 50 should take about a week including databases - they then give you a test URL to make sure you're happy before you change your DNS settings.

What's the deal with moving the DB. Mine changes frequently so can't take a copy, do tests etc then go live. I'd need to stop the old one I suppose.
I'm planning on letting them move the DB and sites, check out all is working then stop for 10/20mins, get them to take another copy of the DB, another test and then switch DNS.Anything that gets caught in DNS caching I'll just manually migrate across.
I'll probably do it at about 4 in the morning.

Can anyone recommend a domain registrar who offer .com contact privacy for no/minimal extra cost?
CleverhostingBoth my domain names and hosting is up for renewal at the end of April. I experience zero traffic to my site so it's not end of the world if the host goes down but I do use my domain email addresses regularly so that's annoying.
Does TSOHost have a better webmail interface than Squirrelmail (laughable)? I have set up my BT-Yahoo email to access my R1 emails but that seems very flakey, get a bunch appearing once or twice a week whereas if I log into squirrelmail I can see plenty there that aren't picked up. I'm guessing that's just crappy Yahoo mail's fault though.
Cheers,
Rob

BT / BT Yahoo is a right PITA it gets very picky about what it will and will not connect to and seems to like forgetting that it can actually connect to other mailboxes. I struggled to connect my Parents-in-law who have BT as an ISP - which took way longer than it should have. All done now though.Does TSOHost have a better webmail interface than Squirrelmail (laughable)? Same for me as well - no real hosting, but have got multiple mailboxes which up until recently were rock solid.
