Mine is working OK on 05Q.
I presume you've tried clearing the Audio FX app's cache and data?
Did a full reset on mine recently as the battery was draining. it solved the battery life issue but the Audio FX STIll doesnt work!

Gutted really as it had a real affect on audio.

If you're feeling impatient CM12 update is up on the OnePlus forums, same thing as the OTA.

Tried it this morning and it's worked with no problems, pretty straight fwd and is done in around 5-10mins.

Did this require a factory type reset or did it work just like a normal update?

I can't be bothered to download all my apps again and rearrange them on the phone and enter all the accounts and passwords again...

No backup, I took a copy of my pictures / whatsapp etc just in case

The update itself is taken care of by the phones, no root, no faff.

Reboot into the recovery mode (power and down volume I think) then just click on update, navigate to the file that you that you copied and then off it goes, reboot after it's finished and it comes back with Lollipop and everything else intact.

There's detailed instructions on the forum and all the pros / cons / bugs etc..

you can't - wrong network provider - phone doesn't support all 4g.

Limited to EE (TMobile?) and 3

He didn't actually say that he wanted to use 4G.

4G and the fact that I use O2 and GiffGaff was the only reason I didn't get one of these frown

You can, you just can't use it for 4G. In my area of London that's no big deal, the 4G O2/Giffgaff have is crap, 3G is about the same speed. Works fine for me.

fair enough, you are of course 100% correct, but why bother not having 4g?

I have paid extra for 4G but I barely ever get it. I might as well not have paid extra.
And I don't really download films when I'm walking around and a 3G network can easily handle calls, texts, emails and BBM.

Much the same reasons for me, it costs extra and even when I do have it (which is only half the time) the bandwith/speed doesn't seem very good. Might as well save a few quid a month and just go with 3G which is fast enough for most tasks and I get it almost all the time.

I don't surf t'internet much when mobile and, if I do, 3G is more than enough to suit my needs. The majority of surfing gets done over WiFi at home or where available.
