Have you checked to see if there's a firmware update available?

Impossible to check, as the FW section of the router is blocked for user access frown
the ISP reseller probably doesn't want you messing with it

I had a similar problem with a Cisco router that was given to us by the reseller, but couldn't get access to the admin section
So told the reseller that it's their problem as they want to keep management of the router to themselves

Dont spend time trying to work out the issue. If the router is locked down it is almost certainly the ISPs property for the purposes of end to end diagnostics. Their property --> their problem. Raise a ticket and get them to resolve it.

The router shouldn't be locked from the ISP. Factory resetting it should take it back to defaults of admin for the username and password.

Then you can enter your ISPs details and have access to the router. That's as far as I remember the 2130 not being locked down.

This generally sounds like an IP conflict.. When it happens, run ARP -a on a computer that has no router/web access. Is the Mac address for your default gateway ip (presumably 192.168.1.1) one of the routers?

Do you have any smart switches/homeplugs/smart TV's that might be conflicting?

If the uptime has reset, then the router has most likely rebooted for some reason.
The most likely reason for the time being 1970 is that the router is getting it's time from an NTP server on the Internet and until the Internet connection comes up, it cannot get the time.

It's the WAN that is disconnecting so nothing to do with your wireless. Therefore you need to get the supplier to sort it out. It's a problem between their router and their infrastructure.

And you may want to edit those screenshots to hide your WAN IP and MAC address
